This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all products and services provided by Honest AiB Holdings, Inc. through the AiBcheck platform.

Permitted Use

Our Services are intended for lawful business and personal use, including AI verification, calendar management, financial auditing, legal billing review, tax analysis, and compliance assessment. You may use our Services for any purpose consistent with applicable laws and these Terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our Services to:

• Submit data you do not have the right to process or share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary verification algorithms
• Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or intentionally misleading data for the purpose of generating false audit trails
• Use AI-generated outputs as the sole basis for legal filings, tax submissions, or regulatory compliance without qualified professional review
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services or outputs without written authorization
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of our Services
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

Rate Limits and Fair Use

We reserve the right to implement rate limits and usage caps to ensure fair access for all users. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom limits under separate agreements.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonable.
