These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products and services provided by Honest AiB Holdings, Inc. ("Honest AiB," "we," "us") through the AiBcheck platform, including but not limited to verAIcity, cAIlendar, hGrAiL Legal Billing Audit, TaxhAck Ai, GAAP App, AiBcheck Chatbot Compliance, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Honest AiB provides AI verification, audit, and automation tools across multiple verticals. All products are powered by our proprietary hGrAiL™ verification architecture, which creates transparent audit trails for AI-generated outputs.
IMPORTANT: Our Services use artificial intelligence to process, analyze, and verify data. While we employ rigorous verification methods including confidence scoring, counter-argument validation, and source citation, AI may occasionally produce errors, misinterpretations, or incomplete analyses.
All AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for legal, financial, medical, tax, or compliance decisions. Our verification framework is designed to surface uncertainty — not eliminate it.
cAIlendar SMS Service: By texting your cAIlendar number, you consent to receive recurring automated calendar notifications and event confirmations. Message frequency varies based on usage (typically 2–5 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Text STOP at any time to stop all messages. hGrAiL Legal Billing Audit / verAIcity: Audit results are advisory and should be reviewed by qualified legal or accounting professionals. Honest AiB is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
TaxhAck Ai: Tax audit results are advisory. Honest AiB is not a registered tax preparer and does not file returns on your behalf. Consult a licensed CPA or tax professional before acting on any findings.
GAAP App: Financial statement preparation and audit tools are advisory. All outputs should be reviewed by a licensed CPA. Honest AiB does not serve as your auditor of record for SEC filings.
For products using Google Sheets as a data layer, you own your data. If you cancel your service, your Google Sheet and all data in it remain yours. We do not hold your data hostage. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

Pricing varies by product and is presented at the time of purchase. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Lifetime license products include the specific features described at the time of purchase. Refund requests within 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honest AiB Holdings, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honest AiB Holdings, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Services.
