This SMS Disclosure applies to all Honest AiB Holdings, Inc. products that communicate via text message (SMS/MMS), including cAIlendar™ and any future SMS-enabled services.
cAIlendar™ by Honest AiB Holdings, Inc.
cAIlendar is an AI-powered scheduling service. You text events to your cAIlendar phone number, and our AI assistant extracts event details and saves them to a shared Google Sheet you own. You and your registered family or team members receive daily morning briefing texts with the day's schedule, plus confirmation messages when events are added or modified.
By sending your first text message to your cAIlendar phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated calendar notification and confirmation messages from cAIlendar at the phone number from which you sent the message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may also opt in by texting START to your assigned cAIlendar number.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive approximately 1 daily morning briefing message, plus 1 confirmation message for each event you add via text. Typical usage is 2–5 messages per day. You will never receive promotional or marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent to and received from cAIlendar. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

To opt out: Text STOP to your cAIlendar number at any time to stop receiving all messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will receive no further messages unless you text START to re-subscribe.
cAIlendar is compatible with most major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) and Google (our AI processing and data storage provider), solely to operate the Service. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
