Honest AiB Holdings, Inc. ("Honest AiB," "we," "us," or "our") operates the AiBcheck verification platform, cAIlendar scheduling service, hGrAiL legal billing audit, TaxhAck Ai, GAAP App, verAIcity, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use any of our Services.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up for or purchase any Service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store complete credit card numbers.

Service-Specific Data: Depending on which product you use, we may collect:

cAIlendar: Text messages sent to your cAIlendar number, photos of flyers or schedules submitted for scanning, and calendar event data stored in your Google Sheet.
hGrAiL Legal Billing / verAIcity: Legal billing data, invoice content, and audit trail records processed through our verification engine.
TaxhAck Ai: Tax return data, receipt images, and financial information submitted for audit review.
GAAP App: Financial statements, accounting records, and related business data submitted for GAAP compliance review.
AiBcheck Chatbot Compliance: Chatbot interaction logs submitted for compliance assessment.

Usage Data: We collect standard analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve our Services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the Services you have purchased or registered for. Specifically:

To process, verify, and audit data through our hGrAiL™ technology
To send you service-related communications (confirmations, briefings, alerts)
To maintain audit trails and verification records
To improve the accuracy and reliability of our AI verification engine
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Information

For products using Google Sheets as a data layer (cAIlendar, certain configurations of hGrAiL), your data is stored in a Google Sheet that you own and control. You can view, edit, or delete any data at any time.

For enterprise products and platform services, data is processed through secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Audit trail data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus any legally required retention period.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate our Services:

Google (Gemini API, Google Sheets, Google Cloud): AI processing and data storage
Twilio: SMS message delivery for cAIlendar and related messaging products
Stripe: Payment processing
Netlify: Website hosting

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

Data Retention

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting jon@aibcheck.com. For products where you own the data store (e.g., your Google Sheet), that data remains yours regardless of your relationship with Honest AiB.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information.

Financial information (payment details processed via Stripe)
Commercial information (products purchased, service usage)
Internet/electronic activity (pages visited, interaction patterns)
Professional information (business data submitted for audit services)

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. For EU/EEA users, we process data in compliance with applicable GDPR requirements.
